"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. "Good hotel but lacks the wow factor and some things could be better. The beach/deck area was great and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast and lunch buffets very good and plentiful. Ambiance of the resort is pleasant and relaxed. Rooms are modern but generic in terms of decor. However there are a few things that could have been better - everything is done by QR code which is annoying (especially when you have just arrived and not connected to the WiFi!), the water and coffee in the room wasn’t replenished each day without asking, the shower temperature was inconsistent, the signature evening restaurants (although setting and atmosphere was nice) food was a bit disappointing and not worth the extra compared to just going to the main buffet. They expected us to have booked evening meals in advance but had not contacted us to advise this was expected or advise on what the options even were. Overall we had a nice stay but have also been to better properties for this price."

"Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced"
