"You need to let fuure guests know that the hotel shuttle doesnt run from approx. 10am until 5pm. this will prevent guests like myself from standing at the shuttle stop for an hour and then finding out the actual hours it operates. I incurred a cost of over 30 euros for a taxi. Your greeting email says "Look for Big Hotel shuttle - you can't miss it!" Nothing about the hours it operates."

"I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. Cleanliness is top tier and the views are unreal. The rooftop bar is relaxing and chill. I had such an amazing experience in Belgium. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Val and Goncalo for their excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm. It really comes a long way. Please give my recognition to them."
