"Although we were only able to stay the night, this was a beautiful off the grid pit stop located on the edge of beautiful Avery Lake. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, listening to the loons calling and reading our books. Ed was a fantastic host. We would love to be able to come back for a longer visit ..."

"An aging RV in a run down ghost town of a lake resort - you’ve got to be kidding. Nobody around and no communication other than the directions to get there.
