On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

Loft living in Downtown Waco! Just 2 blocks away and within walking distance to the Silo District, this 4th floor loft has spectacular balcony views of downtown Waco and the Silos.
The Behrens Lofts are located in the historic railroad warehouse district of downtown Waco. The lofts are within walking distance of Baylor University, the dining, retail and entertainment areas of downtown Waco, and Magnolia Market and The Silos. This is a thriving and growing downtown Waco area filled with rich history and endless activities and is the perfect place ideally located in Waco for your stay.

The loft is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator for your use. Upon entrance you will see luggage carts to transport your luggage on the elevator to the 4th floor. There are no stairs once inside the loft. There are stairs and a ramp to the entrance outside.
Behrens Loft has a community work out room for your use during your stay. It is located on the ground floor near the front door elevator.

Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our very thorough cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside The Behren's Loft, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, hand rails and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guest's health, safety and well being are our top priority.
