First of all the we were looking forward to a relaxing swim after a long drive & found the pool was closed for maintenance but there were folded towels in the chairs. We were there for 3 days & didn't see anyone working on it. We were on 4th floor & had to go to first floor to get ice because the machine on 4th & 3rd floor were out of order. Had notes on the machines to go to first floor. Parking area in the back & at the end of the building lacked lighting, very dark Buffet was good. Enjoyed eating there. Beds were comfortable & room very clean.

All around a great experience- however I want to make an extra shoutout to the staff…customer service was impeccable!!! My son was there for a state tournament, and the staff were so encouraging and supportive to my little guy (which was up and beyond what they were expected to do) really made a difference to us. Highly satisfied customers!

The bathroom in our room needed cleaning and updating! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Suggested a great Mexican food restaurant within walking distance. It looked like there was new carpet, which certainly helped the appearance of the room.

I needed a place to stay just to sleep. Get some rest and get back on the road the next morning. Leaving the place at 5:30 in the morning. I thought I had to stop and get some coffee Somewhere else because breakfast starts at six A.M. but the minute I got out of the elevators you can smell the coffee. I asked her. Can I get a couple of coffee before I leave she said absolutely I start my coffee at 430 A.M. so I got my coffee and I got on the road. But everything was very nice and clean. And the front desk person was sweet.

Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up.

One of the rooms we got was not clean. It had ketchup on nightstand and blankets. There was hair in drain of tub. The bathroom smelled like vomit. Then the check in time for 3 pm did not happen. Which staff was apologetic on that but then this particular room was not ready until after 6 pm. Then we ran into the issues. The whole reason we got this place is for indoor pool and that was closed. Just wished we had been notified prior.
