Independent Waco hotels

"Room was clean and very comfortable - we had a room on the first floor near the exit door only issue was people would go in an out and let the door slam and you would think someone was trying to get into your door (not the hotels fault people just need to be more respectful), breakfast was not fancy but was good and nice not having to go out and spend more money to purchase. I would recommend staying at this Comfort Suites. Staff were very friendly and helpful - we had to check out a day earlier unexpectable and was only charged $28 service charge instead of the whole nights room charge. "

"The room was filthy and full of bugs and insects I told the staff and they did not care or would give me my money back. They said they would send an exterminator the next day. But that does not help us. We have pictures and videos of bugs in our room. Had to sleep in bug infested room"
