Walking distance to a lot of fun
Despite being downtown, this location was quiet! Walking distance to the Silos, Cameron Park, the suspension bridge. Lots to do and eat in the area. Be sure to check out Fabled, the adorable bookshop in the same building!

Cozy Condo
Convenient to all things downtown with the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and felt like home. Great care is taken to ensure you have everything you need. We loved being able to do some cooking and enjoyed the little Juliet balcony to access outside. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

Adorable!
This place was perfect for our girls get away! Close to shopping downtown, Spice Village, and Silos. My sister and I shared a room and our girls slept in the bunks and they loved them! The owner was quick to reply when we had to run back after checkout because my daughter had left her earrings. Very pleasant experience!

Perfection!... well definitely stay again❤️
From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The communication and instructions were perfect. The pics were exactly how the place was. Our family enjoyed just hanging at the condo as much as we did when we ventured out. The beds were comfy, sheets fabulous, and the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry was priceless. Oh wait... did i mention the location! We were able to venture out on foot several times and enjoy the weather. I cant say enough. Wonderful place and great hosts.

Great location for Baylor move-in!
Very comfortable, clean and centrally located to Baylor and easily walkable to the Silos and area boutiques. We felt very at home here and very safe. Easy to park and very attentive property managers. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo in a great location
This condo has everything. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere we needed to in Waco. The hosts were always in touch asking us if we need anything, etc. Love the communication! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo was the perfect walking location to the Silos, and the Dr.Pepper museum and a short 5 minute drive to Baylor university! Great communication with the host! Condo had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Everything practically perfect except no body wash in either bathroom. The bonus of this property was the walking distance to Magnolia and the wonderful book store next door. We will stay here again.

Great location and nice unit
This rental is in a building containing lots of industrial-style loft apartments/condos. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Waco downtown tourist spots and numerous restaurants. The unit was clean and is well designed for a family of five as the second bedroom has three single bunk beds. It had everything we needed though we would have appreciated a coffee pot instead of the single serve kuerig. The hosts provided clear instructions and checked in through messaging multiple times. Would stay here again.

Love the loft
We enjoyed the loft for our stay. It was cozy and spacious in the perfect location. A quick walk to Magnolia Press in the mornings and Pivovar fir dinner-it’s an easy location to get to Baylor also. We hope to stay here again!

Looks just like the photos! Fabulous!
This was a weekend getaway for my sister and I. The loft was extremely clean and neat. Everything was pretty much within walking distance (except the Magnolia Table) but that was worth the 10 min drive up the road. We loved it and look forward to coming back to the same property.

Perfection
This property was everything we were hoping for to spend a week in Waco. While my daughter attended Baylor line camp my wife and I explored restaurants, cafes and stores around downtown Waco. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Magnolia Silos, which you can see from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was available for our stay. Access to the apartment was easy. We hope to stay again.

Loved it! Just as pictured. Across the street from the Dr. Pepper museum, which was a fun excursion and just a very short walk to the Silos property. The owners were quick to respond to questions or issues.

Quick girls trip for first time to see everything Magnolia and tour Waco. Perfect, safe and secure condo in a quiet area. Very walkable to the Silos and many other shops and restaurants. We even walked from the train station. Condo was clean and everything was accurate in the listing. Nice, modern space. Highly recommend!

Downtown experience was so convenient !

Great location. Beautifully appointed.
My SIL were finally able to stay here. We had to reschedule b/c of COVID and they couldnt have been nicer. It is within walking distance of the Silos. The condo is industrial, modern, yet cozy, and decorated absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook, but, we didnt want to. Would definitely stay there again

A great loft
Excellent stay….great location, spacious, safe and well-appointed. Perfect for a couple or family. The 3 bunk bed is really cool for the kids! Only critique is that they should get a full size ironing board. But overall a great place.

Attractive & comfy loft near the Silos
Living space is open w. high ceilings, furniture is comfy & coat rack at entry is handy. We used fridge & the Keurig, but did not prepare meals. Beds are comfy & had a choice of pillows. 👍 The train goes by occasionally & you can hear water & other sounds from upstairs, but that wasn't an issue for me. Upon arrival we had some confusion over which "lockbox with black cover" to open but once we saw our unit # on one, we were in. Someone else parked in our designated spot 1 night, so we parked in the side lot, as instructed, and had no issues. Donny was communicative & friendly and I would definitely recommend this unit when visiting Waco.

Great for a family with kids!
This place was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The bottom bunk was low enough for our 2 year old to use it, and the middle one was great for our 7 year old. There was even a pack n play in the closet that wasn’t mentioned in the listing! Toddler-proofing was a breeze. I had to move 2 decorative items and lock one kitchen cabinet. It was easy to walk to all the sights and restaurants, even with a stroller. The only thing that could use improvement was the very basic pillows, but they were totally functional. Also, a few plastic cups for kids would be super helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location!!
This condo was the perfect home base for our Waco trip! We walked to Magnolia, about a 5-10 minute trip, and were also able to explore downtown Waco easily. There are so many great restaurants and shops so close to this location! We also had a blast riding the Blue Duck scooters on the Brazos River Trail! The condo’s amenities were excellent and we loved calling it home!
