Very open floor plan. We had 9 guests staying ranging from 14-65. The 3 bathrooms and multiple bedrooms were a must. Great house to sit and visit which was a goal for our trip.Check in and out was easy and flawless.Had issues connecting wifi with instructions posted but a quick message to the host, he solved thr problem. The neighborhood is a mix in propreties but we never felt unsafe.The ceiling fan didn’t turn on in one of the guest rooms but they provided a plug in fan.I definitely would not recommend walking to campus if thats the purpose of your trip. Uber is super easy though.

Baylor weekend

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to Baylor campus activities. Clean and perfect for 4 friends and everyone having their own bedroom. We did leave a note with some suggestions on leaving instructions for tv, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, a few supplies etc our questions were answered quickly via text Overall we liked the property and would stay again

Stayed for a Baylor football game. Location was convenient to Baylor and Magnolia Silos. Neighborhood is in transition but was quiet and we had no issues. The open living/dining space was perfect for our group. Property was well-stocked with paper goods and other items needed.

The property was good. It is an area that is regentrifying but was safe and quiet. It was near to Baylor and the downtown area. It was clean and largely comfortable although the guys would have preferred more comfortable chairs in the living room as the couch, while comfortable for the women, wasn't the best for them. The kitchen was serviceable but not overly stocked. We appreciated the auxiliary ice machine on the counter as the ice maker in the refrigerator seemed to have an issue. The beds were comfortable. There was a large washer and dryer. The house was large and we enjoyed the big dining table and island. All in all, I would recommend this property and would be glad to stay there again.

Property was convenient to all the points of interest. They had everything we needed for making breakfast to hanging out with our 3 familes to come together. The only thing we would change is for the water to be a little hotter for showers.

Great house, would stay again.

I rented this house with 3 friends for a weekend trip to the Magnolia Solis. Everything in the house looked brand new and it’s beautifully decorated. Each of us had our own bedroom and the beds were comfy. It was a short drive to the Silos and restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The living room was spacious and made for a relaxing space to hang out. It was great for a fun girls weekend. I would rent this house again.

Eh

When we first got there we were a little put off by the neighborhood and the house next door has dogs that wouldn’t stop barking even into the early hours of the morning. The house is cute but some of the furniture was sketchy. Most of the dining room table chairs were broken and we ended up having to bring in chairs from other rooms to eat dinner. There’s a total of four rooms to divide between family members but the room with bunk beds is behind a sliding barn door (not necessarily a bad thing it just doesn’t contain children well).
