  • Well-suited to families, this single-level property is a lovely base from which to explore North Cornwall. Padstow (4 miles) is a lovely holiday destination with a friendly culture and plenty to do, from hopping aboard a sea safari at the harbour to fine dining at the fantastic fish restaurants in the area.


    Step inside and you’ll find the neutrally styled open-plan living space with two comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD Player and a dining table seating four creating a cosy atmosphere for you to relax during your stay. The kitchen wraps around one half of the room providing ample storage space for local produce, as well as all of the equipment you’ll need to cook up family-favourite meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bedroom one is a rustic double room with a calming colour palette to help you get a good night’s rest. The second bedroom is a compact twin, well suited to children with a few nods to the seaside location placed throughout. Completing the property is the bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. Outside you’ll find a lawned area with plenty of space for children to play, as well as a patio with a picnic bench for al fresco dining. Shared parking spaces available.


    To get to know this part of the country, why not take a walk on the South West Coast Path? Along the way, you’ll be able to stop off and soak in the seaside atmosphere at a number of the fine local beaches, with Constantine Bay, Harlyn Bay and Porthcothan Beach all within 5 miles and offering easy access to the coast path. For an exotic day out, venture to the Eden Project (20 miles) to explore the world-famous largest indoor rainforest beautiful, botanical gardens and educational exhibits.
