Fantastic location

Great property in a great location. A lovely apartment, really spacious, has everything you need and the hot tub was a bonus. Great amenities in the area and in a perfect spot for our trip.

Lovely property in a great location

Really lovely property with hot tub, very friendly host who was really helpful. The location was brilliant with great breweries and pubs on walking distance. We had a great time!

Tranquil stay in Rock

Had a fantastic four nights at this impressive apartment in Rock. Secluded, peaceful and tranquil stay.Walking distance to a good pub (Pityme Inn) and local shops.Made several trips to passion via the walk on ferry which is only a mile or so from the apartment.Excellent proximity for day visits to areas such as Port Isaac and Newquay amongst others.Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Great dog friendly accommodation in a great position for exploring camel estuary.

Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. Having access to streaming services via the smart TV was great too.

One word - phenomenal!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location and also a hot tub awaits you!Myself , husband and little dog had a wonderful time . Five mins down the road is Rock where you can pick up the ferry to Padstow which takes minutes and is a great day out, beaches are a minimum of 15 mins drive and are stunning, the pub up the road is fantastic so no need to cook ! Hugh, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We have definitely found our forever holiday let ! Looking forward to our next trip ! Thank you Hugh !

Great stay for a week

Property was in a great quiet location, plenty of space for our family of four. All living requirements were well presented and working, friendly neighbours. Hot tub very easy to use and was used every day. Hugh responded to every question asked and all went well. Great property

Great week in Cornwall

Great spacious apartment. Very comfortable and secluded with a lovely garden. Very homely. Convenience store, chip shop and pub all within walking distance. Lots of dog friendly beaches nearby. Extremely relaxing and we would recommend. The host, Hugh answered queries immediately - we couldn't ask for more. Excellent !!!

Lovely stay in Rock

Lovely property with a hot tub in Rock. Nice and quiet, so easy to relax. Not too far from the beach/ferry to Padstow with shops and a bakery on the way down. Plenty of space in the property for a family but it was just my partner and I.The only things were that the lock box was tricky to open and it wasn't super clear which property was the correct one for this listing. Its number 2, in the corner. Not the one in front of you as you drive in. Would consider staying in the property again

A fabulous find

The property was ideal for us as a family of 5 plus a dog. The apartment was homely, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The hot tub was a real bonus that was a great way to round off each day of adventures. The location is great for exploring with beautiful beaches, lovely harbour towns and even a bit of seal spotting thrown in all within a close distance. The host contacted us to ensure all was well and we definitely did not have any complaints.

Wonderful!

What a week! Fantastic property, very spacious and well equipped. Hot tub sublime. Host very helpful and welcoming. Superb location - within 10 mins: Camel trail (cycle) Daymer Bay beach (Paddleboarding/ small waves) Polzeath beach (surfing) - and we could get there in less than 30 mins on the bikes, completely off road. Padstow - great food at St Petroc’s Bistro and lovely shops. Great nip over via pedestrian ferry ot via Camel trail. Rock - The Mariners pub was again great food. Harlyn Bay beach - small/ med waves, again great for Paddleboards Thank you so much - we will be back!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

I hate to rave about this property because I don't want it to be fully booked when we want to return, which we will!! So clean, tidy, spacious, perfectly placed, quiet and well ... the hot tub ... what a perfect way to end a day walking and exploring. Such a lovely touch to find eggs, bread and milk waiting for us too. My only suggestion would be to have thicker curtains in the main bedroom as it's quite light in there in the morning which must be a wake up call in June/July when it gets light at 5am! That said we have dogs so would have been woken at 7am anyway so it didn't bother us this time! We had the best time thank you!

Great apartment - hot tub was a winner - fab location

We are a family of 4 and 2 dogs. This place was brilliant. We could either walk or run into Rock and go on the beach, or have drinks/food and also access the costal path round to Polzeath so easy. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We have one older dog so the garden was great for her, nice and flat, and as it's all one level apart from the bathroom, great for her to get around. The porch area was perfect for wet towels and shoes. The main double room was very spacious and light, and the room with the bunk bed and double bed was great for my kids (aged 9 and 12), but a bit darker due to the window locations, but wasn't a problem. The kitchen is a bit tired but you can see the fridge and dish washer are new, and the bathroom leads through to the utility room which is a bit different, but wasn't a problem for us. Overall a great place to stay, ticked all the boxes for us, and I'd happily book it again. Hugh was an also a great host - very responsive on email/messages and the phone. A fab place.

Lovely location and property but in need of renovation

Lovely location. Property has potential but bathroom is in desperate need of an update and badly designed. Extractor fan broken so everything was damp. Utility room was off the back of the bathroom which was also damp and impossible to dry anything in unless the tumble was used. The property had not been cleaned properly, which we ended up doing ourselves and was not offered any compensation for it. The cleaner did offer to redo after several emails but we had carried out some of it by the time she turned up. The owner came across as not believing us until I sent pictures. On a positive the kids loved the hot tube which was pristine. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for Polzeath.

We had a great week here, great location for exploring Rock, local beaches Daymer and Polzeath and only 30 mins from 7 bays beaches. House was well equipped and we absolutely loved being able to start each day in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. Would recommend staying here.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying at this lovely bungalow. As a family of 4 we really appreciated the size of the property (it's very spacious) and we also appreciated how well set up it is with everything you need.Having the hot tub was a lovely addition as was the well stocked bookcase and games.Many thanks for a lovely time staying in Rock!

Apartment with hot tub.

Lovely area. Close to many places in cornwall. Lots of cobwebs everywhere in the apartment. The apartment was lovely and big. We would stay here again.
