"The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself takes around 15 minutes. By booking the hotel’s tours, you can better coordinate your schedule with the main attractions and the stargazing activities, while also reducing the time spent traveling back and forth between the hotel, shuttle point, and other locations. The hotel facilities themselves are quite good. However, due to maintenance and environmental factors, the property does not appear as new or as pristine as it does in the photos. Overall, though, the hotel is still in good condition."

The breakfast selection was very diverse, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Petra entrance. Highly recommended accommodation."
