Lovely couple of nights in this perfectly located hotel right next to the visitor centre and entrance to Petra. Friendly and helpful reception & concierge team. Clean and comfortable room. Big asset was “the Cave” bar and restaurant adjacent and sort of the hotel.

This is a great hotel. The room was spotless and had a great view. The heater worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was a feast with many options. The cave bar is really cool. All that was great, but what really stands out is the location. It shares a driveway with the entrance to Petra.

The hotel was amazing and in a great location, right next to the Petra main great. The breakfast was also faultless and the staff were amazing too especially Hanadi who helped organise a birthday surprise. Would definitely recommend!

Petra Guest House was everything we hoped for and more! Absolutely perfect location near the main entrance, beautiful room and great view, wonderful staff, great breakfast buffet. We could not believe the size and comfort of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer than one night.

Petra Guest House was a fantastic choice and greatly enhanced our visit to Petra. The room was extremely clean, with clear attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay smooth and welcoming. The amenities were well maintained and practical, and the service was consistently excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, located right at the entrance to Petra, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the site. We are steps away from Petra, the hotel is gorgeous, the outside and rooms are phenomenal and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are all renovated and clean. The staff are exceptional, especially Amer, Ibrahim, Yasmeen and the parking security team.

The breakfast menu was always fresh and different every morning. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was cleaned when asked to do so because sometimes I didn't need it done. Thank you so much, it was a lovely place and people were so very kind. I hope to visit again. Security, front desk, small shop inside, food at dinner was so good. I'm ridiculously happy!!
