"The residence is beautiful and also the stuff is very nice specially Hussain is the best. Just one thing I need to report, it was written on Hotels.com that the Jeep Tour was included while the cost was 60 Jod for two person. Btw I recommend the Jeep Tour is well organized."

"if you are not take that substandart desert tour for 35 JD which is on the way to the camp three stops for a while, you will be told that transfer to camp and back would cost you 50 JD. They say they will take me to the visitor center at 8 am but turn out to be 9 am so I missed one petcisous hour and could not visit Mt Nebo properly."

"Bad Experience After Upgrade to a Different Camp
Despite being notified of an upgrade from a different camp, the reality fell short. I paid $58 for a triple room with a panoramic view but got a room with no view, just neighboring houses.Bathroom issues were present – no shower door led to water everywhere, and the water heater was unreliable. Staff fixed things quickly, but cold water interruptions were frustrating. Additionally, the towels provided were noticeably overused.I attempted to upgrade...

"Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead."

"Really good stay. Our host was excellent - very knowledgeable with excellent English. The rooms were basic but comfortable - excellent value for money. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. Toilet and shower facilities also good."

"I'm not sure Miracle Camp exists. I used Google Maps for navigation and was directed off the highway onto a desert path at a sign that said Base Came 11 KM. The path deteriorated and came to a large 20 foot high sand dune across the road which was impassable in a car. I then went to the Park headquarters and asked several rangers and no one had heard of Mirage Camp. I tried to call several times and the phone number on my reservation had a recording that said it was disconnected. I called...

"Our stay at UFO Luxotel Wadi Rum was absolutely unforgettable! The location is breathtaking — surrounded by the stunning desert landscape and perfect for watching the stars at night. The bubble rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering an amazing mix of luxury and nature.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the whole experience felt magical from start to finish.
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wadi Rum — it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!"
"The property manager claimed I did not pay despite providing all the information he requested from me proving I did in fact pay. Refused to pay him a second time for our stay and he called the tourism police. Please beware."
"Staying at Rum Bubble Luxotel was truly an out-of-this-world experience. From start to finish, the staff made everything seamless. We were picked up at a nearby gas station, and they drove us with all our luggage into the desert by jeep (about a 15-minute ride). Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and staff kindly helped transport our bags to our bubble via golf cart.
We arrived around 5 pm, so the bubble’s covers were open, and we could see straight through — absolutely magical. After freshening up, we joined the 4x4 jeep tour organized by the hotel. At only 35 JD per jeep (not per person), it was a fantastic deal. Watching the sunset across the desert and visiting filming locations for famous movies was unforgettable.
Back at camp, we enjoyed a buffet-style dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Later that night, I did the sky tour (20 JD) and loved getting the chance to use a telescope to view the incredible night sky — such a unique highlight.
Our bubble itself was spotless. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the shower facilities were also clean, though some of the flooring and robes felt a little outdated. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The next morning, breakfast was also served buffet-style, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, Rum Bubble Luxotel gave me a magical desert stay filled with comfort, adventure, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a once-"
"Very quiet and secluded camp, no service makes the experience 10 times better. The food is pretty good, the rooms were clean and staff are so friendly. "
