BASE RENT REDUCTIONS FOR OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER FROM $15240 TO $14000
DECEMBER FROM $21000 TO $19000.
This spacious modern ocean front homes is beachfront luxury on the north shore. Unobstructed views of the ocean welcome the guests from both floors of this two story home. The first floor features a large living room, a half kitchen and a two bedrooms. Upstairs is a second living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a large balcony with full ocean views. Each floor has it own laundry room for added convenience.
There are 4 bedrooms.
Upstairs
Master with a King Bed with attached bath.
Room 2 - 2 twin beds with bathroom next to it.
Downstairs
Room 3 - King bed
Room 4 - two twins. They have a bathroom between them.
Both rooms with twins can be refigured to be king beds if requested in advance.
The owner also has futon mattresses for little kids as there is a large open room where kids can spread out and have their space on the ground floor. This set up is ideal for groups traveling together but also desiring some independent spaces.
The expansive windows throughout the home and the large sliding glass windows on the ocean side of the home this home provides an indoor outdoor beachfront experience. The grounds of the property are relaxing and spacious with a large beachfront lawn spilling down to the ocean replete with comfortable furniture and lounge chairs. The beach itself is frequently empty allowing for serene walks where you might come across a sea turtle that has come up for a rest on the sand.
There is ample parking on property and the location of the home is a convenient 5 or so minutes from the historic surf town of Haleiwa. Haleiwa is charming with its many surf shops and boutiques, restaurants and and shave ice stands.
For added convenience, a caretaker lives in a separate structure on the road side of the property.
** This home is a 30 day rental. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Owners prefer if you can book the home starting on the 1st to the 30th. Rentals that are not those dates need to be approved by the owner.**
