Kana'i A Nalu 210 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor and offers an ocean, pool, and garden view along with 2 split A/C units, and a private washer/dryer. This property has an elevator for easy access. Unit 210 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample space for storage, and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located near the guest bedroom and features a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy stunning views of the Pacific from the moment you enter! The spacious main living area provides a flat-screen TV with cable and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy making home-cooked meals from your Maui condo with this well-stocked kitchen with full-size appliances. Dine out on your private lanai or inside on the dining table set for 4.

Kana'i A Nalu is located in the heart of Ma'alaea. This four-story resort sits on 3 acres of manicured grounds. Enjoy all the amenities this resort offers such as pool access, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining tables. Nearby there is access to Sugar Beach - also known as Kealia Beach. Sugar Beach is the longest beach on Maui and is perfect for a long beach stroll. This sandy shoreline stretches for about 2.5 miles (4 km), from Haycraft Park in Ma'alaea all the way to north Kihei.

Nearby you'll find many attractions, shops and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. The resort is about 15 minutes away from the Kahului airport and 30 minutes to Lahaina.

This is one of those finds we’d like to keep a secret - almost everything was perfect for our needs. Maalaea Beach is just steps away and it goes on and on and on. If you’re a beach walker it is sunshine for the soul. Not far from everything on the south shore, but still less than 1/2 hour to Costco and the airport. The suite had everything we needed, was clean, nicely appointed, with a great view of the ocean, courtyard and pool. Communication was excellent.

Great unit, nice new flooring, ne a/c in the back bedroom

Lovely unit, great location and everything was in good condition. The only drawback was it was very warm in the one bedroom that lacked an a/c unit. Otherwise, the unit and the rental company were great and I would use them again.

Serious issues with upkeep of Condo and cleanliness

We had to call MyPerfect Stays to address problems with these items from day one to day 7 (we stayed 21 days): insufficient number of towels, incorrect instructions for TVs and dead batteries in remotes, and still frustrating to get the local channels. Then the dryer had an issue and made an insane noise-- that required a few calls to coordinate a tech....vacuum was in different pieces and didn't function. The bathroom sink in the master has mold in the caulking around the drain and faucet.... that grew as we were there. No cleaning wipes or spray available.... so the first 7 days were very stressful dealing with these things. Our 85 tear old mom has come to this island for 59 years... this was quite disappointing.

Awesome Location

Only a quick walk to harbor and local beach made for happy kids and hassle free access to the aquatic center and harbor excursions. The condo property was amazing. Beautiful grass area for picnics and bbq. Amazing pool! The residents were kind and engaging. The location was central to almost every activity on the island. A bunch of beach and snorkel gear, chairs, cooler, and an umbrella were in the second bedroom. The property has a wash off station so you can rinse sand off. The in-condo laundry was a time saver! It was quiet enough to run while we slept. The beds were super comfy! The patio furniture was also comfortable. The condo is on the middle section of the property so we didn’t get early morning or late afternoon direct sun. That meant when we were at home we could enjoy the views from the patio. With kids, the glass top tables were nerve wracking. The beach shown in the photo had washed away. We weren’t sure if this was due to recent storms or a winter beach profile. There was a sandy beach adjacent to the property though so it worked out ok. The cleaners do an ok job, but not great. Guests are directed to keep all food in airtight containers but none are provided. We used the microwave as a cabinet. The coffee table was in the way. But it worked well as a behind the sofa table. Half of both bedroom closets are storage. Useable closet space is limited.

Perfect location!

We loved our time at this condo! The condo itself was great... well stocked with anything you could want/need, and beautifully decorated. The property mgmt company was easy to deal with and kept us well informed. The shower off of the master bedroom was the only disappointing part, very small and needs some tlc. Otherwise, condo was in great shape. Beds were very comfortable! The lanai is fairly small, but big enough for the 3 of us to relax on. The ocean view is great, even from inside the condo! There is no A/C in the 2nd bedroom, but our 10 yr old slept fine in there. The fans kept it a comfortable temp. Resort grounds were beautiful and pool was kept very clean. Location of condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed being in the middle of the island, so we could go in different directions each day to explore the entire island. Only about 15 minutes from grocery stores and airport. Beach access is one resort over, there is no sand beach directly in front of this resort. We just cut through the small yard of the resort next door, which took less than 2 minutes. The beach goes on and on, great for morning walks. A lot of rocks along the shore (which we thought was beautiful), but if you want to get in the water, there are some parts with very few rocks where you can swim and boogie board. The beach almost disappears with high tide, so you just have to plan accordingly. I would definitely stay in this condo again. We found it to be better than expected.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The second room get hot but we turn on the fans and it was ok for the kids. They have everything you need for a great stay!! If we get back we will stay here again!!

Great find

This was a perfect place for us as a family of 5. The setup was perfect with the two rooms. The pool and BBQ facilities were perfect. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, all the necessary towels was there. Also ALL the beach gear you need is there, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards. It was very clean when we arrived with and very welcoming with Hawaiian music playing. The view was amazing, overlooking the ocean. Would definitely rent it gain

Amazing View

The Pros: - Amazing view from balcony - Condo loaded with everything you could need for your stay including all beach items - Easy access to the beach - Nice pool - Air conditioning worked great - Great general store at the top of the street that makes great pancakes and mai tais! The Cons: - Property is dated and was very dirty on arrival. I had to make a run for cleaning supplies and do a deep clean myself. It was mostly doors, walls and light switches that had layers of dirt. The property management company was VERY responsive and resolved it to my satisfaction. - The beach has thorny branches all over the sand and the water line was really rocky. We just went to other beaches that we liked from previous trips.

Manager was impossible to find

*Easy access to property. *NUMEROUS glassware was dirty. It seemed that previous cleaning team just placed glasses in cupboard. We ended up washing all dishes before we used. *When I took a nap, I noticed a mildew smell in bedroom. I assumed it was common, because of beachfront property. BUT, when I awoke I noticed 2 of the pillows was covered black mold!! (Pictures are attached). *Furious!! I tried to reach manager via email & calls. NO CONTACT until the day we left. A very nasty manager called me to confirm my leaving time. I will never use the property management company, again.

Good place to stay in Maui

Nice location, in between of all the destinations. Nice pool and right by the ocean. Enjoyed sunsets every morning. Pretty much affordable considering Maui rental prices. Check in was easy, no need to interact with leasing office. Apartment had everything: washing machine, dishes, a lot of towels as well as swimming stuff like glasses or tubes. Cool!

After staying in a hotel on O'ahu the week before, we were looking forward to the space of a condo on Maui and this condo did not disappoint! It was just a short drive from the airport and big name stores. We have stayed at a different location on Maui, a high end hotel on the other side of the island and let me tell you, you would rather stay here! After an exhausting travel day over...you are ready to just be there and this was perfect! The property was immaculate. The parking lot was well lit, easily accessible, and FREE! That makes a huge difference when so many other properties charge per day. Check-in was a breeze. The condo itself was more than I imagined. They provided every single kitchen item you can think of! Comfy couch and beds! They also had beach gear, snorkel gear, and sand toys! Check out the condo before going off to purchase anything...they may just have you covered. At the fault of ourselves, we locked ourselves out one evening, after hours, and the property manager was so polite and was there within minutes to let us in. I was so impressed by the customer service that we recieved. They also left a welcome gift and local coupons. The pictures are extremely accurate on the listing. If we return, we would definitely stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking a condo! This one is it! Book now, you will not be disappointed! P.S. We have stayed at several vacation rentals and this listing was the most accurate, easy, and great customer service we have ever received.

Excellent Vacation Stay at Maui Kanai A Nula

We had an excellent vacation at Maalaea Bay, Maui. The unit was as stated in the description. We were looking for a beautiful beach, quiet, and relaxing week in Maui and that it was!! The only recommendation for future guests is to rent a car for travels to the grocery store supplies or departing the unit before 7AM to the airport. We did not rent a car since we were going for rest and relaxation, however the complimentary Concierge Service representative Ginger was the best! She reserved a taxi service to return to the airport to return home. I would return to this property without hesitation.

Great, central location!

Lovely condo with a great, central location if you are looking to explore all of Maui. Access to a great beach for walking and occasional sea turtle sightings. Beds were very comfortable! I’d definitely stay here on my next visit.

Watch the whales

Great location, watched the whales from the lanai. The condo is second floor which gave it a great view of the bay. Plenty of parking and an elevator to get bags up to the condo. The condo was VERY well appointed and included lots of extras that we really appreciated.
