"Room was comfortable but did wake to a domestic abuse in a room across the hall. It took two calls to get reception to respond. It was upsetting for my daughter. I understand that it was probably unusual but I still paid the same money."

"Rooms were clean and comfy bed spa bath did not work which my partner was disappointed with but overall I would thoroughly recommend this property will be back to stay again"

"The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location. "

"Nice location, very central - can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarket.Poor outside lighting at night, unit not sericed daily - only once asked. "

"I did not enjoy my stay. My "balcony" door opened up to a shared wharf of random people looking around, and my room looked directly into the restaurant so people having dinner could see me in my room. They also had an event in the evening and the noise was LOUD. I called reception and no one answered, and then they completely ignored my message. Not pleasant at all, do not recommend."
