“Communication was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Furniture was comfy and could accommodate 6 people There was even a resident deer family in the yard to keep us entertained. Central location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend”

“The property was beautiful, the host was responsive and kind. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Need to have pics of the neighborhood! This location was not good at all!!! Me and my wife didn’t even go in/check in! Was charged 311 for a night to risk my life! Smh”

“We really loved the house, view, large backyard, and the way the space was set up. Unfortunately, it was touted as a fully stocked kitchen with no need to bring anything. We quickly found out the first night while trying to cook dinner, that there were no baking pans, only 2 options out of a set of measuring cups, only 1 side of the toaster worked, and there was only 1 serving/mixing bowl. We ended up having to go out to the store to get the items we needed that we assumed would be there. Also……

“We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We……

“Nice place”

“Pet friendly and nice location.”

“The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.”

“The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient.”

“Overall clean and well maintained, there were a couple of minor issues but nothing that interfered with our stay. We enjoyed it and will do it again.”

“The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants”
