"I checked in and a separate patron was given the same room key as me so that did not make me feel safe at all. And it doesn’t help that the whole place smells like an ashtray. After finding out I was unexpectedly sharing a room with a random man, I gave back the room key and left. It was so bad I didn’t feel safe enough to spend one night."

"When I arrived, I was impressed by how the outside looked. I was having trouble with my bag and a young man helped bring it in. Wasn't sure if he worked there no uniform or name tag. When I walked in, I was greeted with a "Checking in"no hello. No one at this hotel has a uniform or a name tag. Was happy my room was right there. Room was very clean.
