「Was able to use the amenities on the resort, as all the workers were so nice. Room was very nice but the overhead shower didn’t work. Luckily had an extra shower head we could use. My best friend and I decided to make this a yearly trip the first week of June so be ready for next summer!」

「Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.」

「We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

「What a wonderful place to stay. A really great house that makes you feel a part of colonial history surrounded by a beautiful forest, English garden and a fun hiking trail from the front door. 「We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. 「We traveled with friends and our kids and loved this place. There was plenty of room for all of us. The deck was also great to sit out on. The weather wasn’t great when we stayed so we didn’t get to use most of the amenities the resort offers but the indoor pool and hot tubs were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful and the coffee in the coffee shop was great too. We will definitely be back in the future.」

「We loved the analog house! It is like having your own private sanctuary in the woods. The house was perfect for me and my husband and our two dogs. The kitchen is amazing and very well appointed. You really do have your own private beach front. We went kayaking, which was so nice and collected a bunch of shells. The sunsets on the beach every night were incredible.
