Einfach nur katastrophal! Obwohl die Buchung bestätigt wurde standen die Zimmer am Anreisetag nicht zuverfügung und man würde abgewiesen.
Das Management ist absolut überfordert mit seinem Buchungssystem.
Man gab uns den Tip das nächste Mal telefonisch zu reservieren und keine Buchungsseite wie Expedia u. A. zu benutzen. Unverschämt..

Preisleistung passt in keinem Fall
Entsetzlich, schon bei der Ankunft wusste man wenig mit der Buchung anzufangen. Ich musste die Buchung vorlegen, und dass ein Frühstück mitgebucht war wurde erstmal bezweifelt, das ginge nicht über diese Platform. Der Flur roch zu sehr nach Räucherstäbchen, wie auch das Zimmer. Dieses war er sehr klein, das Bett allerdings groß und Bequem, Möbel neu. Der Toilettensitz nur an einer Seite festgeschraubt, die Dusche nicht wirklich zum drunterstellen gemacht. Alles sehr klein und sichtbar billig. Alles wirkte aber sehr schmuddelig und ungepflegt.
Für unter 50€ wäre es annehmbar gewesen. Frühstück hab ich desser gelassen, war vom Zimmer bedient.
