「You need to ask otherwise they will not clean up your room during your stay. The water pressure is so low and difficult to take shower. Staffs not very helpful.」

「Good value of money for a simple overnight stay. No frige or coffee maker, but free wifi and clean simple room. Free shuttle from airport to hotel, but its about 8 euro per person from hotel to airport. 」

「We absolutely loved this wonderful hotel! The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and having two separate duvets meant we both slept like babies. The bathroom was so thoughtfully designed too – with dual sinks so we could get ready at the same time without bumping elbows! Little touches made it special: the bamboo/wooden toothbrushes and razors felt both eco-chic and luxurious, and our room’s sofa and chaise lounge were perfect for relaxing. But the breakfast? Oh, it was an absolute dream!...

「When there's international exhibitions in the city, you don't have much choice but stay with the hotels like this due to limited budget (Usually the fare goes up to 3-5times with fairs than normal days). For business travel, I wish I never come back here. However, if you travel with very limited budget and it happened not to be on those days with exhibitions, this hotel can offer you a fast route to downtown(Central station and also Messe). There are trams by walking distance(less than 4minutes)...

「The hotel staff was amazing! So very helpful, I can't say enough about them. The blond woman in the Lounge Restaurant on the main floor should not have a customer-facing position. The rudeness is beyond anything I have ever experienced. There are several floors being renovated. We were on a renovated floor. For Americans staying at the hotel, the rooms are smaller than what you would normally have in the states, but they accommodate 4 people, which is not always available at hotels in Europe....

「The location is excellent and considering the reasonable price — especially with breakfast included — it’s quite a rare find. However, the affordable rate does come with some compromises. The facilities are rather dated and not very well equipped. The front desk is only staffed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and rooms use traditional keys. There is no fridge or safe in the room. Please also note that there’s a radiator but no air conditioner. Housekeeping was unfortunately the weakest part of my stay....

「Wir waren für ein Wochenende hier, es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Was nicht so toll war, war dass die Fenster nicht so 100% Schallisoliert waren, anscheinend war irgendwo wo vor Ort ein Konzert und um 4 Uhr morgens war es immer noch sehr laut. wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder.」
