The property was very well maintained. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The only complaint was lack of table lamps. The overhead lighting was a bit intense.

The Hidden Gem was such a peaceful respite with everything there that you would need. When we ran out of propane gas for the Blackstone, we had a replacement brought to us in less than an hour. It had an awesome hot tub, deck, and fire pit. The beds were very comfortable, too! We didn't want to leave!

Stay was great, even got to check in a litte early. Koozies were great and just what we needed for girls weekend getaway along with the cinnamon rolls and peanut butter pie. Only downside was it rained both nights so wasn't able to advantage of the firepit area.

The cabin was great. Everything you could need is supplied by the host. The swing was a huge hit with my kids all weekend. The property was great for my kids and dogs to venture all around.

FAMILY CONOE TRIP

My husband, my 2 sons and their wife with 4 grandchildren had such great family stay at your Hidden Gem cabin. We were 30 minutes from Mohican Adventures to canoe. The cabin was settled in beautiful trees and surroundings. The cabin was supplied with every thing we need. Hot tub was very nice! We fished in pond often, caught some great fish and returned to water. Kids loved fishing and running around the pond. Fire pit was all set up with wood, beautiful! My husband loved the blackstone grill. Kids loved the swing in the front yard. Owner had peach pie in fridge and really good cinnamon rolls! What a special touch!. Washer and dryer a plus! We had the best family time! We all would love to go back to your cabin again! 10/10 !

Peaceful & relaxing

The property is very secluded at the end of a lane. There is a farm next to the property but it was not a problem. I felt comfortable letting the dog run off leash & he had a blast. The cabin was clean & the hot tub was very relaxing. The firepit area was very nice with lights strung up that made it very festive. The pond was stocked with fish & the highlight of our trip was catching a catfish on a piece of hot dog! Communication with the owner was great!!! The cinnamon rolls & cherry pie were a really nice welcoming DELICIOUS treat! My only complaint was no hand rail at the stairs to the bedrooms only because I’m an old fogey & get up 4 times a night to go to the bathroom that was downstairs!!!

Beautiful setting for a work retreat

We are a small dental office that stayed here for a little team building getaway. We were blown away by this adorable little gem tucked back in the woods! The property was absolutely beautiful; everything was clean and anything that we forgot to bring along we were able to find there! It was perfect!

High Quality Cabin!

Absolutely delightful stay. Just as pictured, the cabin in modernized for comfort and very clean! The host was excellent at communication. Going in the late spring allowed us to enjoy all the flowers and blooms. The property is extremely well kept, the landscaping is gorgeous. Nice walking trails around the cabin. Extra dog lead stakes around the property made bringing our dog even easier. Hot tub was nice, blue tooth speakers, all the fire wood you could ever need, fully stocked kitchen supplies, awesome Blackstone grill/hot top, and they left us baked goods to enjoy as well! There are horses on the neighboring property which was a cool added element (and a little dog we lovingly knicknamed 'Karen'). Highly recommend!

Long weekend for graduation

Rustic, charming, quaint, cute, fun! This is as “camp” as it gets, but that a great thing. I was able to get back to nature within seconds of arrival. My stress melted away! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

AMAZING Cabin Getaway

Our stay at this cabin was nothing short of spectacular! We rented it for a weekend with a group of friends, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the cabin's charm and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. It was beautifully furnished, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other's company.The views from the cabin were breathtaking, with plenty of outdoor space for us to take in the fresh air and enjoy nature. The hot tub was a huge hit with everyone—perfect for stargazing and unwinding after a fun-filled day. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook delicious meals together, and the open living area was perfect for gathering and enjoying each other's company.The location was ideal—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to local attractions for some adventure if we wanted. Our group loved every minute spent here, and we’ve already started planning our next trip back. The owner was also a pleasure to work with—very responsive, helpful, and made the entire booking process seamless.I can’t recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking to get away with friends or family. It truly was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return!

Anniversary away!

In celebrating our 3rd year together, my partner and I were looking to get our of the city and relax. We found the opportunity in the Hidden Gems cabin. It's a quaint and cozy spot in very rural Ohio. We could see the neighboring home from the barn on the property, and a dog was very vocal most of the time, but otherwise, it was serene. There was plenty of wood for fires and the owners left some cute koozies for us to take home. 10/10 highly recommend!
