「The cabin lived up to all off our expectations. Check in was easy and the hosts went above and beyond what is required of them. Our car blew a coolant hose on the way to the cabin and was in the shop in Stockton until 3pm on our departure day. They graciously let us hang out until it was ready. 「We stayed at the cabin for 5 days and had a very nice stay. Check-in was very simple, which was good since we arrived well after dark. 「Beautiful setting on Appleton City Lake. Cottages are right on the lake and it was fun to wake up to the mist rising from the lake, rooster crowing in the distance. Later enjoy sitting in the sunshine and watching the ducks and sparrows on the lake, also heard some cows mooing. Just enjoy the fresh country air! Rustic Duck restaurant was very accommodating too. 」
