「The house was beautiful. But trash was left in the garage and really smelled. Not a nice welcoming. The tub in the bed down stairs did not work. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The lights around the pool did not work. So pool area was pitch balck at night.」

「My son lives in Hempstead so we were looking for something close to him. This was the perfect place! There are three close grocery stores near by and a fourth 2.5 down the road. Beach is 2 min away by car, plenty of restaurants close by too! We will stay here again when we come back to visit …. If it’s available! The host was super easy to get a hold of and communication with her was great!」

「We built a house nearby and needed a place to stay for 11 days between homes. This cottage is clean and comfortable. I felt safe walking my dog alone at night. My only complaint is the sheets must have shrunk in the wash and kept slipping off the mattress while sleeping. Would definitely stay again!」
