「Pet friendly. Nice room. We had a kitchen. Real nice」

「The place must've just been refurbed. The only drawback we witnessed was the shower was weird. The water drained mainly to the bathroom floor,making the floor slippery and dangerous.The very short shower curtain was pointless. Other than this,the place was nice」

「The room was not the cleanest. The couch looks like it has bot been cleaned for a while. The floors could use good mopping. I understand its not a 5 star hotel but at least cleanliness is a big thing. I dont know who was sleeping on that bed, i dont know the person before me threw up on the couch. Those are all the things that goes on in my head when hotel rooms are dirty. I guess we should always ask our selves can we stay here if we were on thd other side. There were families next door that...

「The air-conditioning unit sounded like a harley davidson when running. Now cold air on top of it. They also said no acceptable room was avaliable like the one we booked. We had to get a refund and book at holiday inn across road. Very disappointed after driving 6 hours and ready for rest.」

「Only issue was how to get to location but not there fault it was due to road construction. 」

「Manager Amit was very helpful, arrived last minute and welcomed and assisted with our enquiries. A large 2 bed room awaited with sitting area. Cereal, oats, muffins, apples. Coffee yes, juice no (or other hot food) for breakfast. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Quiet and safe, with good parking. Would stay again.」

「Room was not clean at all, found a bed bug right in top of the sheet. I reported it to the manager and she refused to refund me because she said if there was bed bugs there would be more than 1. I have picture proof and let her know we didnt even sleep in the room we had to leave a book somewhere else. I did dispute it with my bank. Very unprofessional and will never stay here again」
