「This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway with two other families with young kids. The house had even more beds than advertised and the layout of the house was great for adults and kids to have their own space. Tons of kids toys and games stocked which was an unexpected perk! Only con I can think of is there is a picture of a keurig so we brought our kcups but it turns out there is only a regular coffee pot. Not a biggie cause it’s only 10 minutes from meijer.」

「John and Dianna are great hosts! They left a sweet happy birthday message for me and also had lots of snacks for the humans - as well as our dogs! The cabin was a perfect location for bike riding at The Highlands. We especially loved ALL the clothing hooks. So convenient. The fireplace was very nice, too, after a day out in the rain. 「We have stayed in several units in this complex over the last few years. While the view of the lake is less than that from other units, this one offered more privacy and amenities. In addition, there were screens on most of the windows and a screen door so that we could enjoy the UpNorth air. This unit was spacious, well maintained and provided everything we needed for our stay including cooking basics, a white noise box, and extra toiletries, if needed. The washer and dryer were another plus....

「The host provided clear communication for check in and verified that normal amenities that weren’t listed (iron and ironing board) were available. They even put the items out for me before I arrived. Check in went seamlessly. Plenty of space for a single traveler and could accommodate four with the pull out bed. The kitchen was well supplied. Hot water was hot and the baseboard heaters took the chill off an abnormally cold summer weekend. Fun to see deer right outside the window in the morning....

「The property was clean and there were plenty of sleeping spots for our family. The condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal.」

「This was a one week trip with my Friend, starting in the UP and ending in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. This Rental in Harbor Springs was really nice. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Both beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. It was very quiet at night.」
