「This property’s location can’t be beat! The balcony patio is incredible, the beds were comfortable, the ac kept us cool during a very hot and humid weekend, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, mugs, etc. We would stay here again. 」

「Property was perfect for our group. We arrived to a clean home, everything was as advertised and hosts were very accommodating. Location was perfect, walking distance from downtown lake Geneva.」

「Had an absolute blast staying here. Was a great location close to the yacht club, the Inbetween and our friends houses. We cooked in every night which was easy and great for big groups. Plenty of beds and baths. We rented a boat nearby and were able to pick our crew up at the pier. Kyle, the host was super communicative. We can't wait to come again next year!」

「My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Getaway very much! It was so clean and bright. Wonderful views of Lake Como and grounds. We didn’t have much time to explore and the kids were definitely disappointed we didn’t get to the pool, but it was wonderful. Very well appointed. Great job Monica!」

「Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my senior mother with a private bed on main level. They were also accommodating on other requests that I had. It was such a fun, nostalgic place. It was all exactly how I remembered the Old Mill to be and the private beach made for some additional family time. I see a wonderful future for this getaway place!! 」

「This house was perfect for our group (several families with babies). The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay...

「Great house and plenty of good space for a large group. Very private property and had an excellent time enjoying the views and the water.If you are getting in the lake I would suggest some water shoes, there were some sharp rocks.Overall, very happy with our stay!」

「Perfect location, shops nearby, old home with charm.... first floor bathroom was a Jack and Jill bathroom for two bedrooms, so not easily accessible from the third bedroom or other common areas. Bathrooms have been renovated and were very nice. Two kitchens, downstairs equipped with everything you need. Bjorn was a very responsive host. Overall a great place for a girls weekend!!」

「The owner was flexible with the check-in. We communicated in advance to ensure the logistics worked. On move in day, everything was smooth. The kitchen was fine. What was helpful is we had two kids with severe food allergies. We prepped their food in the backup kitchen to prevent cross contamination.」
