Derek was very friendly, and gave us detailed directions to good food and attractions. The room itself was clean and well equipped. The location is good, being walking distance to many shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and a small supermarket. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit unstable at times. The motel feels family friendly, as there are a number of toys and facilities provided in the courtyard for children.

房間整齊乾淨，提供小廚房使用，但油煙很容易使警報器響起，若要煮飯還是小心點，至於浴室空間算大，整體還不錯

酒店位置离中心区域 （即湖边）大概步行10分钟左右，是在几条马路中间，还算方便的。reception很客气。房间里有简易厨房，锅碗瓢盆一应俱全。我的房间有一张双人床，一张单人床，外加一个折叠床，适合一家人居住。另外房间的一面是玻璃窗，靠马路的那排房间可能会比较吵。总体来说，要求不高的话或者仅住一晚的话，性价比还算高的。

强行扣维修费，很不满意。
好处：1、房间比较大。2、位置靠近Wanaka湖。 缺点：1、屋内整洁程度很一般。2、前台服务态度很一般。 最不满意：住宿离开回国后，房东发邮件说厨房地面受损，而我们确实没有做任何可能造成地面损坏的操作，并强行扣除40纽币维修费，非常不满意。 提醒谨慎入住。

Good place to stay! Would like to visit again!
Good place to stay, just a few mins walk to shops. It was 30 mins slow walk to #ThatWanakaTree. Derek is very informative and talkative, very helpful on suggesting activities.

Thanks for your 5 out of 5. fantastic. Yes, our location is something our guests love. Being only a short stroll to Wanaka CBD & of-course the lake! Its also far enough away that you can escape the noise of the CBD. Derek & his team love helping our guests to make the most of Wanaka & all she has to offer! Thanks again

Nice motel for family
Staff are nice and helpful, worth staying. A bit far (10min walk) from the Wanaka lake front but surely enjoyable to walk along the shops and also close to the Mt Iron which you can see scenic view of Wanaka Town .

旅馆地点很不错，附近就有小超市，加油站和好几家餐厅。而且去cardrona或三租treblecone滑雪场才半小时车程。而且工作人员很细心，晚上经常把毛巾铺在车窗前避免第二天早上玻璃结冰得刮半天！

Wayne Hi Thanks for taking the time to review my motel here in beautiful Wanaka NZ. 4 of 5 stars thankyou. I am proud of the options we offer in our tariff / pricing bracket and i know some of my competitors do not have FULL air conditioning / Heat Pumps, FREE WiFi 5GB per day, FREE daily local newspaper, 25 channel TV including 9 sky TV channels - Sports x2, Movies x2, Chinese Movies and ++, also ONLY 450 metres to the Lake Wanaka lakefront and Discount vouchers for local restaurants. Wanaka is worh to go and spend a bit more time!
Wanaka is not a big town. Alpine is in good location. But hotel and room was old and unclean. NOt proper shower place. Smelly. Not decent for family.

Nice tidy property which is looked after. Close to the shops and Wanaka. Nice sized tv. Basic property but all you need for a short stay. Nice bedding. Could do with a bed sofa in lounge rather than a bed so all family can sit in lounge. Recommend for a reasonable price and for families.

Very nice owners - they even helped us with our laundry!, easy walk to town, nice room/kitchenette. Our only issue was the lack of privacy as all the rooms are in a row with parking right in front of the rooms. If you want to let in natural light, have your sliding glass door open to let in fresh air, or sit outside and drink a glass of wine, there are often other guests walking/talking in front of your room and "patio".

The owners are very nice and very helpful. The motel room was clean and tidy with all the facilities you need. The bathroom was a little tired with mold in some areas, however for a cheap stay, it's ideally located for the centre of town.

9/10 - excellent stay! Great location, friendly owners, room is very spacious with mini kitchen, fridge, microwave. Shower is a little tight but otherwise nice - would have been great to have hand held nozzle after hikes though. Comfortable. AC.
