「The property has enormous potential, but attention to details are needed: Cobwebs outside, sure, but not inside. Dust and insect corpses in and around the living area. The promised "welcome bottle of wine" did not materialize. Use by dates long gone on jars of jam, one even had been opened by the prior occupant, a knife used to taste the product, then returned to the cupboard. A used bedsheet still in the sofa bed from the previous stay (I know this as I shook dead insects from it) No liquid...

「This property is firstly absolutely stunning. The house was amazing with a great layout. The perfect view from every window. The entertaining area is pure luxury. The kitchen made me want to cook. And all this pales in consideration to the absolutely beautiful surroundings. We saw so many emus and kangaroos. Situated on the outskirts of Coffin bay, you can also get an amazing seafood feed at Oyster HQ in the centre of town. This property we visited because we wanted to explore Port Lincoln but...

「You definitely get what you pay for. It is basic budget accommodation at a budget price but as we were only spending the night and out during the day it was adequate. Staff are always busy but friendly and accommodating. The shower pressure is a problem as it is very low but do still work. Sheets were clean and towels are changed daily. There is a communal kitchen for tea, coffee and breakfast cereal for guests to use.」
