“Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. Our dogs were made to feel welcome and the field along the track was a godsend. The hot tub was a great way to relax even when the weather was rough we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. The information book was full of great suggestions and covered everything you needed to know about. The……

“We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.”

“Our stay was wonderful and Overdene was the perfect house for us. The location is amazing as you have access to a gorgeous beach which is perfect surfing for kids and the cliff tops for lovely walks. The downstairs open plan area is perfect for big families, as you can fill advantage of the big table, kitchen, bbq and garden all together. The bedrooms are a great size and the kids loved the bunk bed room. All in all, it was perfect. ”

“Had a wonderful stay. House was so cosy and had all the amenities we needed including a washer dryer which came in handy after long dog walks. The owner left a lovely packet of biccies for us and also some dog treats and towel. Only thing I would say is that the beds were a little on the hard side, perhaps a mattress topper could make the difference. Overall had a great stay. ”
