「Lovely and peaceful hotel with great gym and spa amenities. The 3 members working the reception around 3:30pm 09/01 were super welcoming and helpful! Only thing was that the WiFi was unstable but thankfully I was assisted with an alternative network. Would definitely return! 」

「I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. 」

「The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.」
