「The location was ideal as we were attending a family wedding at the barns so very short staggering distance. Compact but cosy, comfy bed and all equipment that you might need for a short stay. Nice seating area outside to enjoy your morning coffee. Wouldn't say it was peaceful but then we live in the countryside where we only get the occasional tractor and few cars so the constant hum of traffic was loud to us. It didn't disturb our sleep though.Steps up to cabin are steep and narrow so care...

「The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling. Most of the staff were great.」

「Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. 「We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...
