“John was great! He was very attentive to our needs and questions, and was very positive! The sign in kiosk was a pain in the neck because the invoice said one amount and the pin pad said another amount that was 50$ more with no explanation. We absolutely loved the record player in the room! It was very romantic but also gave family vibes! We come up to New London a lot and this will be our new favorite place to stay! ”

“Steele Hill is absolutely beautiful! My room was clean and comfy and reasonably priced for a resort! I will say check in can be confusing as they said I was staying in the main building. The map only says east building, west building etc. You would think the brightly lit building on the hill would be the main building, but that’s incorrect. A sign outside the buildings would be really helpful, especially for people arriving after dark like I did! Also, the hotel is located on the top of a hill,……
