“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us!
I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“This place looks and feels like all the junkies go to stay, room had roaches, terrible odor, floor separating deep holes and cracks in the wall in multiple places, bathroom Disgusting.
I drove 2 hours out, was late to an event book the room just to sleep for the night event ended around 10:30, I checked out and just drove the 2 hours back home to sleep in my clean bed. That’s how unsettling this place was not even worth it.”
