「This tourist park is full of social housing and homeless people sleeping in tents everywhere inside the park and outside the park.
The staff and management are rude and unhelpful, they sit in the kids go carts out side the parks checkin counter, so much for smoke free parks, this lady was seen everytime we drive in or out of the park sitting and smoking. Crazy
The cabin itself was opposite the lake, right in front of our cabin was 3 tents with homeless drug addicts, who was awake all night,...

「The Cabin was lovely and the garden space more than adequate for our dog Sophie to have fun in. Loved getting Newcastle TV so we could watch the footy and not miss out. We had a lovely time and the walk to the lake's edge was great; we met some very friendly locals who also had a few dogs that got along really well together with our's.All in all a very enjoyable experience. 「A great sized Villa for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) with access to all the Pullman facilities. Some furnisihings required cleaning attention & would prefer not having to travel with our own pool towels (which are not provided). Kitchen is well equiped but was missing a colander & spatula. Would recommend staying here.」

「We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation 」
