Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came. This is certainly not an 'appartment' at all but a very poor excuse for a room which can only be……

“Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Dairy House.Check- in war problemlos .Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet genügend Platz für alle - drinnen und draußen. Die Kinder fanden ausreichend Spielmöglichkeiten.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.Es gibt fußläufig eine kleine Bademöglichkeit bei Flut, bei Ebbe hatten die Kinder viel Spaß beim Krebs- und Muschelsuchen.”

“Main light did not work, and in the dark, I had to move the bed to access a dangerous wall socket for the bedside light. There was nowhere to put clothes, items or a desk to use and no chair and no space for this anyway. Better if the small double bed was swopped for a single to allow a desk & chair to be put in. The steep and shallow stairs were a safety hazard, so be careful. And the TV didn't allow access to Freeview! There was no crockery or cutlery to use despite advertising a well-equipped……

“The property was in a fantastic location, with excellent views. The pair of little grebes on the pond were a joy to watch. The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back!”

“Musky smell of mold. Cleanliness of the shower was terrible. Lots of black looking mold in the shower. Shower did not drain properly and had to wait almost a week before it was fixed. The backyard is not well maintained. Location is closed to shops but not the best neighborhood in Portsmouth. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall, apartment requires some maintenance to justify the price.”
