Farmstay in Warren County

"The kitchen needed some additional items such as tea or coffee mugs as there were only 8 mugs available and we had 13 adults on our trip. The Keurig needed to be descaled.Plenty of space for 13 adults to be comfortable during our stay. However the lower level had many different interesting bugs coming in out of the cold during our stay."

"There was a bit of a challenge receiving information regarding check in and communication in general. However, once I reached the property owner they were extremely nice and helpful. The property was cozy and definitely served its peaceful purpose. It was very close to the downtown area. I would definitely visit again. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Farmhouse! The house was thoughtfully stocked for our needs, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Shenandoah was the reason we chose the location at about a 15 minute drive to the Thornton gap entrance. Luray is about 10-15 minutes away for groceries and restaurants. We loved the porch for coffee in the morning and we had someone who stayed in the writers cottage and loved it. I would definitely stay at the farmhouse again if I were in the area. "

"The quiet of the early mornings and evenings was what I'll remember--and the immaculate condition of everything in the house. After dark, the star-gazing was indescribable--better than the beach. I sat out for 2 hours with binoculars and the "Star Tracker" app, until a concerned wife came out to check on me...!"

Our dog loved running in the fields and jumping in the stream. Our host was very nice and responded quickly to our questions, kitchen very well stocked. We had a lovely time."
