“The room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was…meh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at your hotel. I was unable to make the trip, so I gave my reservation to my sister and her three children, including her youngest, who is only 4 years old, so they could enjoy a staycation.
After spending the day out, they returned to the hotel only to be locked out of their room for over five hours. Staff repeatedly promised that maintenance was on the way and they would be back in their room shortly, but those promises were never……

“The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.”
