"Welcoming, helpful staff. The breakfast was good. But the entire building smelled like smoke and the room was unclean."

"The waterpark was great for a day of family fun. I was surprised to get free breakfast buffet with the room. We found a shoe and assorted small toys under the bed so some concerns about cleaning, but generally the hotel appeared clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions."

"We love to stay here. We have young kids and the pool area is great! It has a mini pool and slide for the kids. The family suite is lots of space and extra bed and couch for a big family. The breakfast area has lots of variety and good choices. Beds are comfy. Good place! 😀 "

"The breakfast has everything including warm foods like eggs and sausage. The hot tubs are located around a really pleasant area and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The extras like a ping pong table just made the stay even better. The place is also centrally located with all kinds of stores around. "

Our rooms’ window was so deteriorated it wouldn’t open, there is water damage on the ceiling, it smells like must and the tap leaks on the counter in the bathroom. Like housekeeping wouldn’t notice this? "
