「The cottage was very quaint, clean and well equipped. Our host supplied unnecessary extras like snacks, bottle of bubbly and even turn down chocolates on the comfy beds. Bathrooms were supplied with lots of extras and the fluffiest towels. Our host was an excellent communicator and made a list of activities and restaurant recommendations that I asked for and as very quick to get back. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
