「Villa Monica is a charming property, perfect for couples and pet owners. It has a full kitchen; modern bathroom with a rain shower and wand; spacious dining area; plenty of room to relax and watch TV; comfortable bed. The villa offers privacy on a large, fenced lot. This is a roomy, quiet retreat.」

「We had the best time at the Lemon Zest Cottage! Our pups felt right at home and had a nice fenced in area to play in.The hosts Betty and Derek are amazing to work with and she has everything you and your pups may need! She went beyond Southern Hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was. Beds and dog beds were comfy and clean!! Close to NAS Pensacola. We will be back!! This is a 5 star place to stay with or without your pets. Thanks again!! The Flaherty family」

「My husband and I traveled with 3 other members of his family to Pensacola for a funeral. This house was in a convenient location, near the church and cemetery. It gave us plenty of room to relax after our long trip and then get ready the next day for the funeral. The kitchen & living area was spacious enough. We didn’t have time to enjoy the backyard and fire pit, but will keep this place in mind next time we visit Pensacola!」

「The home was absolutely beautiful!!」

「Our stay was welcoming as the property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, beautiful yard. My next trip to this area, I will seek out this hostAlan」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well-appointed. Well worth it!」

「Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close」

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「Very noisy」

「The bathroom in my non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke, there was visible mold on the bathroom floor, the wifi was incredibly slow (probably because the network was supposed to be password protected, but wasn't), and the floor was filthy (walked barefoot across the room one time and the bottoms of my feet were completely black). The bed wasn't very comfortable either, but that didn't bother me as much as the other issues.」
