"I'm a young handicapped permanently disabled individual and currently homeless facing multiple surgeries and in constant pain. I have to say hands down from the staff to the handicapped parking (which is constantly getting more difficult to access) was great. Staff was so kind and attentive. I wish I could find a way to Extend my Stay. There's no words to express how you have maybe quite honestly saved my life. I have to go to the hospital today but just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation with all the complexities of my just struggling to survive you and your kind staff have most certainly changed my life. I hope to that in time I can show my appreciation."

"Room and facility was clean. Very comfortable bed and good size room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good. Bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, coffee and juices. Would have liked half and half but only so cremora. Could hear some outside traffic as the hotel is on a busy road but wasn't bad based on our room being further in the back. May be problematic if on roadside of hotel. Would stay there again"

"I’ve been a Hilton traveler for years but have recently found that many of the properties have began to become very rundown. Service has also been lacking. This was my first stay at the HGI in Providence and I’m pleased to share that the experience was exceptional. Very pleasant check in. The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. I was greeted every time I walked past the desk. I was thanked when I checked out (at 400 AM). Really great experience. Highly recommend this location. It will be my hotel of choice when I’m back in PVD. "
