"Staff were wonderful, accommodating and helpful. We had an ocean view room, so the balcony was a definite, plus. The Bar was convenient. Menu was decent Bar appetizers. Good drinks. We ate at the restaurant one night. The food was delicious but extremely pricey two entrées and appetizer to split, a beer and a Diet Coke came to $150. The beach is absolutely beautiful, but the water is rough on that side of the island. The rooms had the amenities that you need but no extras like a microwave or a pamphlet that tells you like what’s in the area or is there laundry services etc. They definitely need an upgrade to the rooms as they were basic but acceptable. One big negative was the shower door lets all the water onto the floor. It would’ve been nice to have a screen on the sliding door so that I could keep the door open to hear the tree frogs in the ocean. Cleanliness was ok. It wasn’t spotless but for what we paid and where it was it was ok. Because we were just there in August the air conditioner we ran 24/7 and it kept the room icy cold. The Coco Reef is very conveniently located to the bus stop although you do have to walk down a big hill. There is also a grocery store that is like one block away. This has been our 4th trip to Bermuda in the last two years we have stayed at two other hotels that were more expensive. Cocoa Reefs is definitely affordable for families. There were a lot of young kids there. The pool was very nice and refreshing."

"Loved the pool. The restaurant choices were limited (pizza or a rather dull but expensive on site place.) We really appreciated the bagel cart because it’s kind of a hike to breakfast places in Hamilton. Sunday was a problem. The pool staff was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. As I said, walking to downtown shops and restaurants are not as close as it looks on a map, but doable for most. The room was nice, good AC. I would stay there again."

"Our host Natalie was so incredible - she answered questions promptly before we arrived, met us upon arrival, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo overlooks the ocean, and the beach is secluded and private to the community of condos. It was beautiful!You are close to lots of beaches but will need to take a taxi to the grocery store. We did all of our breakfasts and most lunches from our one grocery trip, thanks to the small but surprisingly well appointed kitchen. There was even a cooler for packing a beach lunch and lots of ice trays for drinks. We are grateful for the hospitality!"

"This was my first visit to Bermuda. This hotel was beyond any place I had visited. The view was beautiful, the staff were friendly and informative. It was a great choice even as a solo traveler. I felt safe and rested very well while there. I will definitely rebook and stay here again."

"On a beaucoup aimé ce loft pour 2 personnes. Quartier tranquille. Loft propre et assez spacieux. Le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain et cuisine sont propres et bien équipées. On a apprécié l’aire climatisé. Il prend entre 5 à 10 minutes de marche avec côte à pic pour s’y rendre de l’arrêt d’autobus. On entend les voisins d’en haut marcher mais ils ont été assez tranquille et ne nous ont pas dérangé. L’hôte répond assez rapidement. Prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles pour la nuit car les rainettes sont très bruyantes."
