“Hotel was fine - clean, well lit, etc. Staff was friendly but maybe a little forgetful. (Can happen to anyone, of course.)”

Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues.”

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only……

“The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. The food was a little cold even at 6:30 AM. Staff was kind and helpful but not enough staff at check-in.”

“My room was clean. Housekeeping is definitely 10/10. Staff wasn't as friendly as we are used to. Not a lot of smiling faces except for the housekeepers we seen. Breakfast wasn't much of a choice. They fixed the same thing 2 days in a row. It's definitely outdated compared to other LaQuintas we've stayed at. Definitely needs maintenance. The A/C even on the lowest setting didn't work so it was hot and even hotter in a heatwave. The paint was peeling off the walls, the ceiling was bowing in above……

“Overall the accommodations were fine. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The pillows are as flat as a pancake. The only vending is at the snack shop by the front desk. The vending is very limited and does not offer water. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. Other reviews that said it was good and I'm happy they got that experience. We did not. There was no meat option available and the eggs were soupy and cold. Inedible without microwaving, had to drain all the liquid……
