“Finding the parking area and actual room was a fun scavenger hunt LOL but Justin did an excellent job at describing the area and we parked and got inside quickly. The room was very nice with large living space and kitchen. No view from patio but that didn’t matter to us. Bath and bed super comfortable. Big plus for us, record player with some smooth music choices!! Location was ideal as we were able to walk 95% with out being near loud crowds. One thing to know about - you can easily hear……

“Both the property and Justin were five stars! The loft was upscale and clean, with modern decor mixed with a sense of cozy and old school. Justin was unbelievably quick to respond to any questions I had - VRBO is lucky to have him. Churchill Downs is a quick 10 or 15 minute drive and although we didn't win any money at the races we hit the jackpot with this loft! Highly recommend.”

Located on the first floor, it offered super easy access for our party of 6. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was quiet…no street noise. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early so we didn’t have to juggle all our hats and derby attire for hours after……
