「Very clean, comfortable and quiet. I met the owners that run the hotel and they are very friendly folks. All the amenities worked well. These are the things that are important to me.」

「This was so bad we did not stay! It was dirty, strong smell of weed and urine in the hall ways. The air conditioning was not working. Overall a really bad experience! The front desk did say they would see I was refunded and was friendly but have yet to see my refund.」

「I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

「酒店处于一个偏僻的小镇，如果不是过去曾在此地打过工，我们不会再来此地住宿，房间里一股浓浓的的烟味和潮湿气息。更为恶劣的是居然写信来诬陷我们拿走了他们的啥毛巾。我们一般住小旅馆都自己带一条自己的浴巾，连用都不用旅店的，怎么会看得上那发硬的劣质的毛巾呢？该店人员在没有证据的情况下胡说八道，实在令人气愤！我们保留维护自己名誉的权利！」
