“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“Yes. Just a little too spread out. Not a traditional kitchen set up. But then again, I didnt really use the place for cooking meals. ”
