“We were greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean and fresh. We took advantage of the continental breakfast.”

“Room was smaller than in the pics but still nice and clean. Would be even better if they had a pool. But would definitely stay there again.”

“Room was clean, staff were super friendly. Only a few minutes from good eats. Only complaint was the bed. It was very hard. Was hard to sleep and our backs paid for it the next day. Also, room had a connecting door to next room. Unfortunately, small, screaming children were in the adjoining room and you could hear everything through the adjoining doors. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Didn’t use pool, but looked very nice.”

“Dirty floor in room, toilet wouldn’t flush properly the hardest biscuits I have ever seen on the breakfast bar. Only the cereal in the package was edible. The rest of the food was garbage. The spray butter for the waffle maker was empty as I watched people try to make waffles. The pastries must have been at least a week old as they were hard as a rock. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, check in took forever as there was a line and one slow person checking people in”

“The hotel was under construction and it needed it. They waited way toooooo long to update the facility. We had a lot of problems with the older style door system losing the assignment. When we kept going down to reset the cards it was no surprise to them. The over all facility just needed help.”

“Room had a smoke smell. Was quickly moved to a fresher room. Room was fine, however bathtub area could use a handrail for safety. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff was accommodating.”

“Old room, needs updating and smells of smoke. It worked for a quick overnight. Hallway to room.. dark and dreary… could use some updating.”

“Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

“Room 323 smelled really bad. Don't know if something was in the a/c unit or what but it needs investigated. Smelled like urine. Overall, room was pretty clean.”

“Top sheet was dirty on the bed. Coffee maker didn’t work. Complained to staff and was told they’d give me points. They didn’t. The stay doesn’t even register on the app.”

“The room was horrible. Dirty toilet and broken toilet seat. Black mold in shower. Stained and decrepit couch.stained bed sheets. Half the lights in the room were inoperable. Bad smell.”

“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15……
