Limited housekeeping is available.

Perfect setup! Lovely home, great clubhouse with multiple pools, close access to Zions NP!

We loved this trip! Beautiful home, clean, all the amenities, across from pool house. Perfect location with quick access to Zions NP and St. George. Would definitely come back.

Loved the Extras!

This place was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the fact that they had bikes there for our use. Location is perfect for running to the pool. There was plenty of space for parking. The grandkids had fun fishing at the fishing pond. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This house was perfect. Ideal location, close to the pool, and had everything my family needed during our 3 night stay. I am big on cleanliness, and this is one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell that Nicole makes it a top priority to present and maintain this house at the highest level. We will definitely be back on any trip we make to the St George area. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking.

Very helpful Host

Nicole was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions about things to do! The place was beautiful and a great getaway. About 45 minutes from ZNP, but very close to other amazing hikes and views in the area.

Better than I expected

This place was excellent: very comfortable, quiet at night, well decorated and maintained, and literally steps away from a great clubhouse with everything you could expect for a fun spring getaway. And the owner was very attentive and responsive to us as well. The next time we plan a family getaway to the St. George area, we will attempt to book here first.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The pool right across the street and the patio for our kids to run around were both big benefits. The owners were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to accommodate us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, location and clean!! We stay in many other VRBOs before and this one surpassed our expectations. We just loved this unit. It is decorated beautifully and very, very, very clean. Right next to the pool and other amenities. Close to all locations we would have visited in the area and yet not next to the rush side of town. We will definitely stay here again and again when we come to the area. Owner was carrying and easy to communicate with. She offered us checking in early and check out late. Community pool and other amenities are in like new conditions. We would recommend this unit to any size or mixed families.

Do yourself a favor and book this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this house. Nicole made everything easy and went out of her way to be extra accommodating when we encountered itinerary problems! The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood and the location was perfect. It's only ten minutes from a large variety of fast food and sit down dining options as well as shopping and entertainment. If you're like me and you have to weigh all of the options and then never feel like you're making the right choice - just do yourself a favor and book this place!!

Lovely property!

The pictures do not do this beautifully decorated condo justice! We really enjoyed the use of the pool and the patio that had a lovely view of the mountains. But it was hard to leave the comfortable living area, well stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms! We grilled one night and had drinks on the back patio each evening after hiking each day. The condo is well located for a variety of fun activities. Nicole was very helpful with where to shop, where to hike and anything else we might have needed.

Super comfortable!

First off, Nicole was one of the best people I've worked with on VRBO. I've rented about a dozen homes all over the US and Europe and she was absolutely the best. From the time I requested booking to the time I was confirmed it was probably close to an hour. She was always available via text or email and was excellent with follow up. The home itself was cozy in every room. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home. We had no issues with our stay and will certainly look to stay here the next time we are in the St George area.

Such a beautiful condo in a great location, a corner unit across street from pool and clubhouse.

This condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. A great getaway for adults and families with children as well. The pool area is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the condo is extremely clean. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The Beach House @ Coral Ridge was great! It's new, clean, and has everything you need. Beds are comfy and living room was spacious and relaxing. Easily accommodated 7 ladies for a girls trip. The house is across from the swimming pool and fitness center which was very convenient. We will definitely be making a return visit!!

This house had all that we needed and then some. Beds were super comfy and the open floor plan worked great with all of us. I live locally and rented it for the family for my wedding and now I want to rent it again just for a staycation! Love this place!!! Nicole was always available when I needed anything and was the sweetest ever!

A real gem in Southern Utah!

This was our first time to Southern Utah and we absolutely loved it! The area is so rich in beauty and activities! Mom, Dad, Grandpa, and 2 little girls (7 & 4) were on the trip. The house was just perfect. New, modern, clean, with every amenity we could hope for. They also didn't skimp on anything at all as evidenced by the super high-quality beds, sheets, and pillows. And, Nicole, the owner, is attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. Use this wonderful home as your launching pad for Zion and the other great places to see and you will be thrilled! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Vacation Rental!

This is a beautiful, clean, impressive home. Well-maintained in a great community. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely book again. The owner was great to work with, too - made our stay stress-free. Three rooms, and the 3rd bedroom has two double bunk beds, making room for more than you'd think! Loved the decor and the amenities. Conveniently located right off the exit, too.
