It’s a new property, so there are a few things that me ironing out, but very clean, quite and in a great location. Close to the Navy Yard and The Wharf. There is a great cafe across the street for Coffee and light bites. The staff was wonderful. Samantha made sure I was off to a great stay and that was so appreciated!!

Very nice apparent Check in was not the easiest, not clear on how to get into the building and miserable receptionist on the ground floor.. Waited to be allowed up to the 6tj floor where we checked in to the hotel Email with instructions was sent out 4 hours after check in was allowed.

The place maker buzzard point is a converge if at least 3 separate apt Bldg’s all with different names yet they share the same underground parking which if you do not make arrangements for a passcode, or are arriving late in the evening you have to call the hotel as you are circling around the block . The number for placemaker is buried on one of the Expedia page. Without calling that number and reaching a leasing agent you would never be able to get inside the bldg. Cool place to stay but getting to your rental is exhausting.
